Judy Sin is a fantastic real estate agent. She helped us to sell our Lafayette home while it was being renovated. It was an off-market deal for yet we received an offer significantly above what we were going to list it for. She is very data driven and presents her information in clear and easily understandable ways. I appreciated how available and accommodating she was to us throughout the entire process. It was my pleasure to work with her and I would do it again if we ever move back to the area. Highly recommend.

I love Judy! From New York to Bay Area, we had seen MANY realtors. I honestly never liked any of the realtors before I met Judy. Judy truly sincerely tries to find the home best suited for you.

Having bought/sold multiple properties before I can truly say working with Judy has set the bar to an unreachable height. From the onset Judy was extremely friendly and talked to me at length about the neighborhoods that I was interested in. After that, she took me on an extensive tour of these neighborhoods pointing out both the positives and negatives of them.


When we found a house, Judy really showed her skills by handling the negotiation even before the attornies were involved. Being that I was on the other coast, Judy went above and beyond by going to the town offices to investigate the property further and ask any questions that I had.  Upon house inspection, she took time out of her day to be there with the inspector to video conference me as to the findings. Throughout the entire process, Judy kept us informed as to the status without prompting. In conclusion Judy is the best at what she does and it was truly a delightful experience working with her.

Judy is very warm and personable, easy to work with, yet professional and dedicated. Very thorough and responsive. I sent her a request for a CMA in the late hours of the night, and was very surprised to see her still working and provided me with a professionally package CMA the same night!
