The best advice I got is to pick a provider close to where you live since you will have to go frequently. I heeded this advice and am SO happy I did.
Also, don’t limit yourself to who takes your insurance. We went with someone outside of our network (many insurance offers reimbursement) who has been great; the price was hard to beat. Good luck!
